Book that Meeting Terms of Service

Last updated: November 16, 2025

Welcome to Book that Meeting! These terms describe the agreement between Book that Meeting, Inc. (“Book that Meeting”, “we”, “us”) and the person or organization using our scheduling tools (“you”).

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a host account.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • If you connect shared or team calendars, you confirm you have permission to share that data with Book that Meeting.

2. Acceptable Use

Book that Meeting is designed for legitimate meeting scheduling. You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious ICS feeds or automate scraping.
  • Send spam or misleading booking invitations.
  • Misrepresent yourself to attendees.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

3. Calendar Data & Availability

  • Book that Meeting reads the iCal/ICS feeds you provide to calculate availability.
  • We do not edit your source calendars and only store the data required to show availability and send invitations.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your ICS links secure and rotating them if they’re compromised.

4. Booking Communications

  • We use the email addresses you supply to send confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Emails are sent via Resend (our email provider). By using Book that Meeting you allow us to send these operational messages.
  • You must obtain consent from attendees when required by law.

5. Payments

  • Some features may be part of paid plans. When available, fees will be charged according to the pricing page and any contract you sign.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Service Changes & Availability

  • We may update features, run maintenance windows, or stop offering Book that Meeting at any time.
  • We’ll do our best to notify you about major changes (e.g., the addition of new integrations or policy updates).

7. Ownership & Feedback

  • You retain ownership of the content you add (calendar names, booking questions, etc.).
  • Book that Meeting owns its software, UI, and brand materials.
  • If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Book that Meeting is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.
  • We’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or data.

9. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time inside Settings. We’ll remove calendar sources, bookings, and tokens once deletion is confirmed.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

10. Contact

Questions or notices about these terms should be sent to legal@bookthatmeeting.com. We’ll notify you about updates by email or through the product.

Thanks for trusting Book that Meeting with your scheduling!
