Polls
Offer multiple time options, collect availability from as many people as you need, and turn the best slot into a confirmed meeting—no manual follow-ups required.
Why use polls
Polls are ideal when you do not know which time will work for everyone. They handle large groups, keep responses organized, and eliminate back-and-forth threads. Each poll has a shareable link so anyone can respond without creating an account.
Create a poll
Go to Polls → Create and add a title, description, meeting duration, and location details. Add as many proposed slots as you like—times are displayed in the poll's timezone with automatic detection for respondents. Choose whether to require names or emails, allow edits, or keep responses anonymous.
Share and collect responses
Copy the poll link to share via email, chat, or your team channels. Participants select the times that work for them from any device. You can optionally set a deadline, cap the number of responses, and get notified each time someone replies.
Review results
The poll results page aggregates votes per slot so you can instantly see the best options. If you enabled non-anonymous responses, you can expand each slot to view who is available. Close a poll when you are done collecting responses to prevent new submissions.
Convert to a booking
When you are ready to lock in a time, click Convert to booking on the winning slot. We create a standard booking with calendar invites, video link (if configured), and your usual reminders—no need to re-enter details. The poll status updates to converted to avoid duplicate scheduling.
Privacy and access
Poll links are unlisted but shareable. Require names or emails when you need accountability, or keep responses anonymous to encourage participation. Organizers can delete or close polls at any time, and responses are removed if the poll is deleted.
