Quick Start Guide

Get up and running in 10 minutes

This guide will take you from zero to your first booking in three simple phases. No technical knowledge required—just follow along.

Before you begin

What you'll need

  • A Book that Meeting account (sign up free)
  • Access to your calendar (Proton, Google, Outlook, etc.)
  • 10 minutes of focused time
Phase 1

Connect your calendar

Choose your calendar provider

Book that Meeting supports all major calendar providers. Pick yours below:

Proton Calendar

Pro tip
Have multiple calendars? You can connect as many as you want! Book that Meeting merges them all to prevent double bookings.
Phase 2

Configure your availability

Set your working hours

Tell Book that Meeting when you're available for meetings.

  1. Go to Settings → Availability
  2. Set your working hours for each day of the week
  3. Add buffer time between meetings (recommended: 15 minutes)
  4. Set a daily meeting limit to prevent burnout (optional)
  5. Choose your timezone

Share your booking link

Get your personalized URL

Your booking page is live at:

bookthatmeeting.com/your-username

Ways to share your link:

  • Add it to your email signature
  • Include it in your social media bio
  • Embed it on your website
  • Send it directly to clients or colleagues
