- A Book that Meeting account (sign up free)
- Access to your calendar (Proton, Google, Outlook, etc.)
- 10 minutes of focused time
Phase 1
Connect your calendar
Choose your calendar provider
Book that Meeting supports all major calendar providers. Pick yours below:
Pro tip
Have multiple calendars? You can connect as many as you want! Book that Meeting merges them all to prevent double bookings.
Phase 2
Configure your availability
Set your working hours
Tell Book that Meeting when you're available for meetings.
- Go to Settings → Availability
- Set your working hours for each day of the week
- Add buffer time between meetings (recommended: 15 minutes)
- Set a daily meeting limit to prevent burnout (optional)
- Choose your timezone

Share your booking link
Get your personalized URL
Your booking page is live at:
